Initial monthly payment of $19.99* by major credit card via our secure system
Two (2) month introductory term, your second month is FREE!
Upon expiration of the introductory term, program shall automatically renew on a monthly basis for $19.99 unless cancelled. The program is cancellable upon 10 days' email notice to Company prior to any month end period(s). Applicable email address for notices is partnerships@healthibod.com
Upon submission of the registration form (below), Preferred Partner customer agrees to all terms and conditions of the Company including: those listed above, the Company's Terms of Use and its Privacy Policy. Company reserves the right to cancel service if, in its sole opinion, Preferred Partner customer violates any of the Company's terms and conditions
